My journey in Yoga began exactly at that moment in my life, when I was 'secretly' yearning for something 'new'. I started to feel no big satisfaction anymore with my usual worldly experiences, my sensual pleasures and my external success. I was no longer content with my world confined to the gross. I wondered what and why this had happened. The past two decades I lived this fantastic life as a Consul, worked in different countries distributed on four continents, and enjoyed the distinct cultures and experiences they offered to the fullest. During this time I also fell in love with the nicest guy in the world and became a proud mother of four! Challenges and lessons to learn also came along my way, like the discovery of Trisomie 21 in our third child at birth. This, together with living far away from my roots in Switzerland, and all sorts of occasional blows delivered by daily affairs was the 'other side of the coin'.
Then starting to be immersed in Yoga through different styles and studio classes - all of a sudden I felt a deep urge to tread the 'new' journey, my own journey within.
